Beardsley Events, LLC opened for business in 2007. As a full service Event Planning Company, we help our clients with every detail throughout the entire process. Giving them great ideas and guidance, along with finding superb vendors to bring their vision to life! If Full Planning is not needed, we can assist with our Partial Planning or “Month/Day of Coordination” services. We work on the planning time frame, project management, planning budget, marketing, promotion, and finally creating a meticulous timeline for the day. Our team consistently provides amazing service, and will work to stay within your budget! Jerry’s love of the Events & Party Industry inspired him to open Beardsley Events, LLC in 2006 initially as a Company that distributes supplies and décor. But by early 2007, his passion for helping others would direct Jerry into the planning stages of the Events Industry. He decided to expand adding Event Planning for Weddings, Corporate Functions, Social & Special Events to his services. This decision would then lead him to various courses over the following three years to obtain a certification as an International Event and Wedding Planning Professional (IEWP). “I wanted to learn a broader understanding of the many aspects of planning,” and he began researching the best programs he could learn from. Already a successful entrepreneur since 1995, Jerry’s upbeat attitude, attention to detail, and his passion to organize all aspects of a function became the perfect fit for his new career path. I have a great team of professionals who bring significant ideas to the table and we pay attention to every detail. We stay in constant touch with our clients and assure them that their special event will be handled with extreme care. Our primary goal is customer satisfaction, so we work diligently to deliver the level of quality clients are paying for. In addition, Jerry’s affiliation with ILEA (International Live Events Association) gives him access to hundreds of vendors that you can trust with a history of working on numerous events. These vendors have consistently provided amazing service, and will work with our team to stay within your budget. We approach every event with a fresh perspective, and make it our mission to elevate your vision into a memorable experience.


Jerry has been given the Garden State Gala “Spirit Award” in 2016 and “Member of the Year Award” in 2018 by his peers from ILEA (International Live Events Association of New Jersey) for his passion and loyalty in the Events Industry.



Full Service Planning – We create a stress free environment!

With our attention to detail and calm approach it couldn’t get any easier. From start to finish we’ll handle EVERYTHING, working with you to develop your vision and theme, create and manage a budget, select a venue and book vendors (catering, entertainment, photographers, videographers, transportation, etc.).


Partial Planning – We’re there to lend a helping hand!

If you’ve already started planning your upcoming event and aren’t sure how much help you need, this is likely the package for you. We’ll work with you to assess your needs, and then fill in wherever needed. This may involve key vendor selection or working with your venue or existing vendors to define responsibilities and coordinate logistics.

Day of Coordination – (Our Specialty) Be a guest at your event!

If you already have a plan in place, and just need us to execute it, then the Day of Coordination package is for you. We will begin working with you 4 to 6 weeks out, once all vendors are contracted. This typically involves coordination between your venue and vendors to make sure everything runs smoothly on your big day. Answering any and all questions so that you don’t have to lift a finger!

There are so many special touches that create a fabulous celebration.  The place cards,centerpieces, entertainment, decor, lighting and favors, greeting your vendors, overseeing the set up and the list goes on!

Why hire a Day of Coordinator?

As event planners we are always asked what are the benefits of hiring a coordinator and the one thing we would always recommend to every couple out there is to hire a Day of Coordinator to help run all the events on the day of the wedding, especially if they are planning their own wedding. Now you may be thinking, “Why would I do that when I can set it up myself?” or “I just don’t have the budget for that!”

Yes, most of the time your venue will set the tables with tablecloths and put the correct number of chairs at each table, but many brides don’t realize how many details go into coordinating everything for set-up!

But ILEA Members know that part of what makes for a great event is that it looks and feels great. There are tons of details like this that you may never think of on our own. Things like, did you know that if you angle your audience chairs a certain way, it makes them feel more involved and engaged? This was just one of a hundred details non-ILEA Members don’t know and wouldn’t have thought of.

Most folks have never had occasion to use a videographer in Indianapolis, so you might have no idea who to hire. Whenever you are doing something for your home, you may check websites like Angie’s List, which is a great service…but you may never feel completely sure that you can rely on the reports in Angie’s List, so you might still feel like you have to do a lot of research after finding a few companies with positive reviews.


Most event planners have been in the business and have planned many events during their career. Event planners know what venues to use, vendors to avoid, current trends/styles, and how to rise above obstacles. There is very little that a good event planner/producer can’t do, so let the planner use their knowledge to allow you to enjoy your event, your Gala.
