About Us – Jerry Arduino opened Beardsley Events in 2006 initially as a Company that distributes supplies and décor for the Event/Party Industry. In early 2007 he expanded to add Event Planning for Weddings, Corporate Functions, Social Functions, and Special Events to its services. Jerry holds a certification as an International Event and Wedding Planning Professional (IEWP). A successful entrepreneur since 1995, Jerry’s upbeat attitude, attention to detail, and his passion to organize all aspects of a function has resulted in many satisfied clients over the years exceeding their expectations. We at Beardsley Events are industry professionals that pay attention to every detail. We stay in constant touch with our clients and assure them that their special event will be handled with extreme care. With our attention to detail and calm approach it couldn’t get any easier. From start to finish we’ll handle EVERYTHING, working with you to develop your vision and theme, create and manage a budget, select a venue and book vendors (catering, entertainment, photographers, videographers, transportation, etc.).
If you’ve already started planning your upcoming event and aren’t sure how much help you need, this is likely the package for you. We’ll work with you to assess your needs, and then fill in wherever needed. This may involve key vendor selection or working with your venue or existing vendors to define responsibilities and coordinate logistics.
If you already have a plan in place, and just need us to execute it, then the Day of Coordination package is for you. We will begin working with you 4 to 6 weeks out, once all vendors are contracted. This typically involves coordination between your venue and vendors to make sure everything runs smoothly on your big day. Answering any and all questions so that you don’t have to lift a finger!
